All Blackwell Watches purchased on the website are covered for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. Blackwell’s International Guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects.
The warranty only becomes active if the warranty certificate is dated and correctly completed. If your watch is beyond repair, Blackwell guarantees its replacement with another Blackwell watch of similar or identical characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch is twenty-four (24) months after the date of the replacement is issued.

The following are the only covered components during the warranty period:
Upon the sole discretion of Blackwell, we can choose to repair or replace the said parts for free, if it is defective in terms of the material used or craftsmanship. Please note that a $10.00 return shipping fee will be charged to all warranty service.
The following are the general exclusions from the warranty:
Battery, case, crystal, strap and buckle or bracelet, and crown
Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
Water damage due to negligence unless marked water-resistant
Repairs made by third-party shops without Blackwell’s approval
Loss, theft, accidents, (nicks, dents, shocks, blows, crushing, etc.), acts of God, natural disasters and calamities
If the watch’s damage is not covered or the warranty has already expired, we can still repair it for a minimum service fee as follows:
$40.00 for the repair of all components not covered under warranty
The above charges are inclusive of the return shipping and handling fee.
How do I file a warranty claim or get my watch repaired?
All clients must go through the Customer Service for instructions and repair process before shipping the watch. The client should have a Repair Ticket Number provided by the Customer Service that will be attached to the service request ticket.
Before sending the watch to Blackwell, an authorization from the Customer Service is needed. The Customer Service will advise whether the item qualifies for the warranty or not and provide an estimated cost (if it falls outside the warranty period and coverage).
Any watches for repair sent to us without proper Repair Ticket Number will be returned to the sender without prior notice.
We only send emails once or twice a month and only about good things.
